With years of experience in the competitive Austin area, Joel has managed to carve out a position with hundreds of friends and families as a well-respected, dedicated, self-motivated Realtor. His love and passion for real estate motivates him to do nothing more than make this perpetually growing city, the home of his clients.

Joel moved to Austin in 2008 from El Paso, TX to attend the University of Texas at Austin and has seen this city transform from what it was then to what it is now. His tenure has allowed him to establish an intimate knowledge of the immediate and surrounding areas, including new developments. Joel’s business strategy is to always listen to what his clients need; and through thorough communication, this formula has paved his path to place his clients in homes and areas that not only suit their priorities perfectly, but are communities in which they want to establish their roots in. With a business background, he’s worked in strategic operations for a few startups in town, one being Favor Delivery. At Favor, he helped the company scale and saw it through to acquisition by one of the nations top grocers, H-E-B. As a Realtor with a business mindset, he is always receptive to his surroundings while heavily focusing on his client’s experience.
